Keep the people who matter close.
Kindred gives every relationship a rhythm. Pick a cadence for each person, log what you talked about, and get a nudge before anyone drifts.
Built on your Contacts. Stored in your iCloud. No accounts, no servers of ours.
Coming soon to the App Store.

Three steps, then it runs itself.
Pick your people
Add anyone from Apple Contacts. Kindred suggests your inner circle from favorites and recents. Nothing to re-enter.
Choose a cadence
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, or as needed. Meetings on your calendar can count toward it.
Log and reflect
After a call or coffee, jot a note and rate how it went. Kindred resets the clock and tracks the trend.

Everything a relationship needs. Nothing a CRM drags in.
Kindred is built for the people in your life, not a sales pipeline. It looks and behaves like an Apple app because it is native to the Apple ecosystem.
Today, at a glance
Who is overdue, by how many days, and whose birthday is coming up. One screen, sorted by what needs you most.
A cadence per person
Your sister is weekly. A former mentor is quarterly. Kindred turns each rhythm into a simple on-track or overdue status.
Feedback, not just check-ins
Rate each interaction on the qualities you care about. Trends show who is rising, steady, or slipping.
Calendar-aware
Kindred matches meetings to people by attendee. When one ends, it offers to log it. Schedule the next one from the person's page.
Nudges you can act on
A morning reminder with Call, Message, and Snooze right in the notification. Copy that remembers context, like an upcoming birthday.
Insights
Cadence health across everyone, interactions per month, and the feedback balance per group. See which circle is drifting.
Share to Kindred from anywhere
Select a message in WhatsApp, iMessage, or Signal, or a photo, a link, or an email, and share it to Kindred. It becomes a logged interaction with the text saved as context, and the cadence resets.
Context that writes itself
Type a note and on-device Apple Intelligence spots names, relationships, and dates. Add them with one tap.
Locked, if you want
Optional Face ID lock for the app. Logs and notes are personal. Keep them that way.
Relationships have a direction. Now you can see it.
Most apps only tell you when you last talked. Kindred lets you rate each interaction on qualities you define, and shows how they move over time.
- Your own feedback types. Start with Communication, Follow-through, Reliability, Collaboration, Empathy, and Initiative. Rename them or add your own.
- Rate up to five per log. Negative, neutral, or positive, with an optional line of commentary.
- Trends over 13 months. Each person's page charts every type month by month and labels it rising, steady, or slipping.

On your wrist, your Home Screen, and your Mac.
Everything syncs through your iCloud, so the overdue count on your watch is the same one in the menu bar.

Kindred for Mac
A native window with sidebar, table view, and a menu bar extra showing who is overdue. Quick log from anywhere with ⌥⌘K.

Widgets and Lock Screen
Reach-out lists, upcoming dates, and pinned people with one-tap call, text, and email.

Apple Watch
See who is next, call or message from your wrist, and mark it logged. Complications for overdue count and dates.
Who you talk to is nobody's business but yours.
Kindred was designed so that we could not read your data even if we wanted to.
Read the privacy policy →No account. No servers of ours.
Kindred has no sign-up and no backend. Your cadences, logs, notes, and ratings live in the private iCloud database tied to your Apple Account.
Your contacts stay yours.
Kindred reads names, photos, and dates from Contacts so you never re-enter them. It writes nothing back on its own. Only edits you make by hand, and only to your iCloud card.
On-device intelligence.
Names and dates spotted in your notes are found by Apple Intelligence on your device. Nothing you type is sent to us.
No tracking.
No analytics SDKs, no ad identifiers, no third-party trackers in the app or on this site.

Everything that stays on your devices is a one-time purchase. Only the parts that talk to other services renew.
Free
The core loop for up to 25 people: cadences, nudges, the interaction log, Apple Contacts and Calendar, iCloud sync.
Kindred
Unlimited people and every on-device feature, including Apple Intelligence briefs and note summaries that never leave your device. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. Yours for good.
Plus
The parts that talk to other services: mail auto-logging, Google and Outlook contacts, a weekly digest, and your own AI model for drafted follow-ups and deeper meeting prep. The only part that renews, because it is the only part that costs us something to run.
Questions
Does Kindred read my calls, texts, or email?
No. iOS does not give apps access to call history, Messages, or Mail, and Kindred does not try to work around that. Calls and messages you start from inside Kindred are logged automatically. Everything else you log yourself, or share into Kindred from another app.
Will Kindred change my contacts?
Not on its own. Kindred never writes to your address book automatically. If you edit a phone number or birthday inside Kindred, that edit is saved to the person's iCloud contact card, and nowhere else.
Where is my data stored?
In the private iCloud database that belongs to your Apple Account, using Apple's CloudKit. Kindred has no servers, so there is no copy anywhere else. Sync between your iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch happens through iCloud.
What happens if I delete the app?
Your Kindred data stays in your iCloud until you remove it. Reinstall on any device signed in to the same Apple Account and it comes back. You can also export or delete everything from Settings.
Is there an Android or web version?
No. Kindred is built with Apple's frameworks for iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch, and relies on iCloud for storage and sync.
What do Google and Outlook add?
Kindred Plus brings in contacts from Google or Outlook alongside Apple Contacts, and logs your mail with them as interactions. Matching people are merged by email and phone into a single person, so your work and personal address books do not produce duplicates. Plus is the only part of Kindred that renews, because it is the only part that reaches outside your iCloud.
Start with five people.
Kindred asks for your inner circle first. Monthly cadence, no setup. You can grow from there.
